Retirees and beneficiaries: you can issue your 2025 Certificate of Entitlement (CE) with the Digital Certificate of Entitlement (DCE) app from 2 January 2025

3 January 2025

Each year, retirees and beneficiaries must send the Fund their proof of life and location, the Certificate of Entitlement (CE). This can be done using the paper-based CE or the Digital CE app.

Using the Digital CE app to issue your 2025 CE

If you have successfully enrolled in the Digital CE app in previous years, you can just open the app and issue your 2025 CE in a few minutes.

Keep in mind that if you are paid under the two-track system and are submitting your DCE via the app, you must ensure that you are physically present in your declared country of residence while renewing your DCE. If you have not yet used the Digital CE app, you can follow these instructions to download and enroll in the app and proceed with your 2025 CE exercise.

Please note that a video call with the Fund’s DCE Support Team is required as part of the initial enrollment process.

The Digital CE page provides guidance on how to enroll in and use the Digital CE app. Retirees and beneficiaries can enroll and issue their 2025 Digital CE from 2 January until 31 December 2025.

2025 paper CE form

If you prefer to submit the 2025 CE in paper form to the Fund, please note that the Fund will mail the form to you in June 2025. If you are not paid under the two-track system, you can also download the CE from your Member Self-Service account. The Fund will announce the mailing of the 2025 CE forms on our website when the process begins.
