Mr. Andres Perez of Brazil (Latin American and Caribbean States) is the Director for Public Equities (D-1) and joined the Office of Investment Management (OIM) of the United Nations Joint Staff Pension Fund (UNJSPF) on 1 September 2024.  He brings over 30 years of experience and most recently held a position as Portfolio Manager for Global Equities at AGF (American Growth Funds) where he managed long-only equity portfolios for over a decade.  

Previously, he held similar roles in global equities at UBS, Morgan Stanley, and Citadel among others. He has lived in several countries including Colombia, Ecuador, South Korea, the UK, and Canada. 

He holds a BA from Tufts University and studied at the London School of Economics. He speaks Portuguese and Spanish.
